Refunds and
Returns
Get Your Money Back Guaranteed with in 30 days of receipt of your shipment
(including gifts). You may return any of the following items, for any reason, for a full
refund (We'll even refund the shipping cost):
- any book in its original condition
- any unopened media (CD, cassette tape, or VHS tape)
- any other item in new condition with original packaging and
accessories
Please note that we can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from Jesus

Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the
returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for
purchase within 5 business days of our receiving your return.
Packing and Sending Your Return
When returning items, Please wrap the package securely, and ship the package by USPS
Priority Mail (We'll refund the shipping cost). Please
indicate the order number or the e-mail address and name of the person who purchased this
order, along with the reason for your return on a separate piece of paper, and send the
package to the address on this page: |
