IS ACCEPTING CHECKS ONLINE LEGAL?

Under the Uniform Commercial Code, Title 3, it is legal and acceptable for an individual (you the customer) to authorize Jesus Is All Ministries to endorse a check on your behalf (by typing your name above on line 10). Therefore, the customer's handwritten signature on the endorsement line is not necessary. Additionally, there are rules from NACHA and the Federal Reserve pertaining to Internet check transaction which became effective in March of 2001. Our Internet check product meets these regulations and requirements.
